About Emerging India Valley

Emerging India Valley is a low-rise villa colony by Emerging India at Garden Colony, Kharar, on the Chandigarh side of the town a little north of the Chandigarh–Kharar highway. The colony was launched in June 2016 and is complete and lived in. Because it predates the RERA regime, no RERA registration applies; buyers should instead rely on the approved layout and the individual sale deeds.

The homes are independent villas of three, four and five bedrooms. Built-up areas run from about 1,350 sq ft for a 3 BHK to roughly 4,500 sq ft for a 5 BHK, each on its own plot with parking inside the boundary. The colony has 24x7 water supply, fire-fighting provisions and Vastu-compliant layouts, with shops close at hand. There is no published price list; resale asks depend on plot size and the finish of the house, and Mr. Homez will share current availability on request.

Residents describe the area as quiet and affordable by Tricity standards, with the usual Kharar caveats: the drive into Chandigarh takes time at peak hours and the internal roads and greenery of the town lag the sectors across the border. Mehta Hospital is about 1.3 km away, Anees School and the Kharar market are nearby, and the VR Punjab mall and Mohali's Industrial Area are a short drive down the highway.
