1. Who posts the listings

Mr. Homez (mrhomez.com) is an online platform where real-estate projects and properties are advertised. Every project and property shown here is added by, or from information published by, builders, developers, promoters, channel partners, agents and property owners ("Advertisers").

Mr. Homez is not the owner, builder, promoter or seller of the listed projects and properties unless a listing clearly says so. We act only as a medium that displays information and connects interested buyers and tenants with the Advertiser or a partner agent. We are not a party to any transaction that follows.

2. Content and images

We do not own the descriptions, specifications, floor plans, brochures, logos, project names or images that appear in listings. These belong to the respective builders, promoters, agents or other rights holders, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance on this website does not mean Mr. Homez is affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Images are for illustration and representation only. They may be artistic impressions, computer-generated renders, brochure pictures, sample-flat or stock photographs, and they may not show the actual property, unit, view, furniture, fittings or current stage of construction. Colours, layouts, landscaping and amenities shown may differ from what is finally delivered.

3. Prices and financial details

All prices and financial details on this website are approximate and indicative. This includes sale prices, price ranges, rates per square foot, rents, payment plans, booking amounts, maintenance charges, EMI figures, loan eligibility, stamp duty and registration estimates, and any return or appreciation figures.

• Prices are supplied by Advertisers or taken from publicly available sources and can change at any time without notice.
• Displayed prices usually exclude charges such as GST, stamp duty, registration, preferential location charges, parking, club membership, maintenance and brokerage.
• "Price on request", "from" and "onwards" prices are starting points only.

Mr. Homez gives no assurance, warranty or guarantee about any price or about the availability of any unit at a displayed price. The final price is whatever you agree in writing with the builder, promoter, agent or owner.

4. Accuracy of information

We try to present listings carefully, but we do not independently verify every detail and we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any information is accurate, complete, current or free of errors. This covers areas and sizes, configurations, floor plans, amenities, specifications, possession dates, approvals, RERA numbers, bank approvals, distances, travel times and availability.

Sizes may be stated as super area, built-up area, carpet area or plot area and may be rounded or converted. Distances and travel times are estimates.

5. RERA and your own due diligence

The display of a project on Mr. Homez does not guarantee that the project or its promoter is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, or that it complies with the Act. RERA numbers shown are as provided by the Advertiser or as found in public sources.

Before paying any money or signing any document, please:

• verify the project and promoter on the official RERA website of the relevant state (for Punjab, rera.punjab.gov.in);
• check title, approvals, sanctioned plans and encumbrances, ideally with a lawyer;
• visit the site and inspect the actual property;
• confirm the price, payment schedule and all charges in writing with the seller.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer, invitation to offer, or solicitation to buy by the builder or by Mr. Homez. Blog articles, guides, checklists, calculators and other tools give general information and estimates only. Please take independent professional advice for your own situation.

7. Limitation of liability

You use this website and rely on its content at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Homez, its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of the website, reliance on any listing, image, price or calculation, or any dealing between you and a builder, promoter, agent or owner.

8. Third-party websites and services

Listings and pages may link to websites or services run by others, such as developer websites, maps, video hosts and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Report an error or request removal

If you find incorrect information, or you are a builder, agent, owner or rights holder and want a listing, image or other content corrected or removed, write to mrhomezmohali@gmail.com with the page link and a short description. We review such requests and correct or take down the content as soon as reasonably possible.
