Serenity Sky is an under-construction gated apartment community by Premia Realtors in Sunny Enclave, Sector 123, on the Chandigarh side of Kharar. The project was launched in 2022, is registered with Punjab RERA as PBRERA-SAS80-PR0895, and has possession scheduled from December 2026 for its single phase of about 220 homes on roughly 4 acres.

The homes are 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with the 3 BHK units planned at about 1,165 to 1,265 sq ft. The developer has not published a price list; resale asks in the project run from around ₹37 L for a 2 BHK to ₹72 L to ₹80 L for a 3 BHK, which puts it in the mid-range of the Sunny Enclave belt. The campus is planned with a swimming pool, gymnasium, reflexology park, themed landscaped gardens, table tennis, a cycling and jogging track, a children's play area and a community hall, along with fire sprinklers, round-the-clock security, rainwater harvesting, solar-assisted electrification, sensor lighting in washrooms, and an in-campus grocery shop and pharmacy.

Sunny Enclave is one of the most established townships in Kharar, with the gurudwara, markets, cafes and daily shops within walking distance and the PR-7 airport road a short drive away. Maxim Merry School, Max MedCenter and the VR Punjab mall are the nearby anchors; residents note that internal roads around the newer pockets are still being finished.
