Escon Primera is a 21-acre group-housing township on the PR-7 International Airport Ring Road at Village Chatt, Zirakpur. Developed by Escon Projects of the Malwa group, it is built in phases with towers lettered I to T, each of stilt plus 14 to 18 floors, and carries two Punjab RERA registrations for its first and second phases. The developer stresses that the land is fully owned and the project carries no bank or market debt.
