Jubilee Parkfields is a 161.55-acre integrated township being developed by Jubilee Group across Sectors 19, 20 and 21 of New Chandigarh (Mullanpur), Punjab. The Punjab Government has granted change of land use, approved the layout and issued development licence LDC-92/2026 on 27 March 2026, which moves the scheme from concept to a licensed plotted township. The site sits on the 200-ft Airport Road corridor served by the PR-6, PR-7 and VR-1 arterials, roughly 3 km from the Chandigarh boundary.
The first offering is residential plots in 200, 350, 400 and 500 sq yd sizes, with indicative rates of about Rs 62,500 to 68,000 per sq yd, which puts a 200 sq yd plot at around Rs 1.3 crore. Two built-form sub-projects are planned within the township: Jubilee Amber Terraces, 248 independent 3 BHK floors on 250 sq yd plots, and Jubilee Imperia, 450 apartments of 1,870 sq ft (3 BHK) and 2,180 sq ft (3+1 BHK) fronting the HR-7 road. A commercial spine of 121 sq yd SCO plots is also part of the plan. Common infrastructure includes a 1.5-acre clubhouse, about 7.5 acres of parks, 40 to 100 ft internal roads, underground cabling, a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting.
Jubilee Group has been active in Mohali for over ten years with projects such as Jubilee Parklane, City Gardens, Golfvista, Jubilee Walk and Jubilee Clio. Parkfields does not yet carry a Punjab RERA registration and is being marketed on an expression-of-interest basis, so buyers should confirm the RERA number and possession schedule before paying anything beyond a refundable EOI. Its location about 500 m from the upcoming cricket stadium, 4 km from PGI and within the New Chandigarh growth belt is the main draw for plot investors.
