The layout is planned with two entry gates, wide internal roads, street lighting, landscaped parks, a jogging track and a children's play area, and marketing material also mentions a clubhouse with gym and pool. Bookings run on an easy 25:25:25:25 schedule.
SBP Group has delivered more than 30 projects in the Tricity, including SBP Parivaas a short distance away on the same highway. The land is CLU-approved and the developer has indicated plot possession by December 2026; buyers should confirm the Punjab RERA registration number before booking, as it had not been published at the time of research.
