The Marq by Atlantis is a luxury high-rise scheme by Atlantis Group on a 3.4-acre mixed-use chunk site in Block B of Sector 82, Mohali, fronting the PR-7 Airport Road in the Aerocity corridor. Four towers of ground plus 22 to 23 floors rise over a podium and two basement levels of parking, with around 284 residences planned and roughly a quarter of the site kept as landscaped open space. A row of street-facing SCO units gives the development its own retail edge on the highway.
Apartments are deliberately large and low-density: dual-core towers place only two to four homes on each core. Sizes run from a 2,525 sq ft 3 BHK and 2,850 sq ft 4 BHK in Towers 1 and 3 to a 3,150 sq ft 4+1 BHK and 4,850-5,050 sq ft 5+1 BHK sky mansions in Tower 4. Base rates circulated by channel partners in mid-2026 were about ₹12,000 per sq ft for the 3 and 4 BHK plans and ₹14,900 per sq ft for the sky mansions, before GST. A 15,000 sq ft clubhouse houses a temperature-controlled pool, gym, spa and lounges, supported by a grand lobby, kids' play zones, sports courts and round-the-clock CCTV.
The project is registered with Punjab RERA as PBRERA-SAS81-PR1418-082026 in the name of Krishna Infra Projects, the group entity behind Atlantis Heights, Atlantis Grand and Atlantis Three Sixty. Construction uses Mivan aluminium formwork, and possession is currently projected for June 2030. With the IT Park about 4 km away, the international airport within a 10-15 minute drive and Chandigarh reachable in about 20 minutes, the Aerocity stretch of PR-7 is one of the most sought-after luxury addresses in the Tricity.
